Debbie Dills was just going about her day when she felt the Holy Spirit prompting her to look closer.
The North Carolina woman was driving along when she noticed a South Carolina license plate in front of her.
And in that moment, she knew that God was using her to help in the manhunt for Dylann Roof, who has confessed to brutally murdering nine people at an AME church in Charleston, South Carolina.
“I know that all the way. It was Him from the beginning, it was Him from the time I left my house this morning,” says Dills.
