On a recent episode of Supernatural Confrontations with L.A. Marzulli, two courageous women recounted their remarkable experiences with the supernatural realm.
Heidi, a born-again Christian and mother of two, described a surreal early-morning encounter in 2018 while living in Bradenton, Florida. She awoke to a strange cold sensation and, peering down the hallway toward her children’s bedroom, witnessed what she described as a towering “tin soldier” standing guard over her son’s doorway. “He was literally just in shining silver armor. The face was covered with a helmet… a big circular shield… I couldn’t see a face,” she said. His legs straddled the doorway—he had to have been 14 to 16 feet tall.

/**/Initially terrified, Heidi then heard a calm, male voice tell her, “Look again.” When she did, the figure remained motionless. “It all looked like it had just always been there,” she said. Though the experience lasted only seconds, it was seared into her memory. “I was so shook up about it, but so excited,” she said. Her children believed it was their guardian angel—and Marzulli agreed, describing it as a moment of “hyper-dimensionality” where the spiritual realm intersected with the physical.
Leslie’s encounter was more intense—a full-on spiritual confrontation during a stormy night in Kentucky in 2013. After being warned not to go outside, she disobeyed, only to have her storm door violently slam shut. That’s when she saw it: a massive hand—“almost like a hologram”—overlaid on hers. She looked up and saw “a huge man, very, very, very strong… in armor… and on his shoulder was the head of an eagle.” He told her firmly, “Don’t go outside again.”
Moments later, the spiritual atmosphere grew darker. Leslie began praying as shadowy demonic figures swarmed outside her home. “Dozens of them… crawling all over the outside of my home, pounding on the walls, the windows, the roof—everything—trying to get in,” she recalled. In desperation, she called out to God. “Lord, come speedily to my aid,” she cried, quoting Psalm 70. Then, in a vision, she saw the night sky open with concentric rings of clouds, “like a telescope,” as angels poured through to engage in heavenly warfare.
The moment the angels descended, peace returned. “The house was calm. Everything was fine,” she said. Though family members remembered the shaking, they had no recollection of the spiritual battle unfolding around them.

These testimonies serve as sobering reminders of a hidden war that rages beyond human perception. As Marzulli affirmed, “The supernatural world is extremely real. It’s as close as the air between your fingers.”
