Author and speaker Sarah Jakes Roberts says we need to be bold prayer warriors, like some of the nurses and doctors who prayed to God amid this COVID-19 pandemic.
“I was looking at nurses and doctors praying in the hospital, praying in the place where it says illness is king, praying in the place where they say death is king,” Roberts says. “When I saw them praying and I saw them going to war on behalf of themselves and their patients, what it said to me was that the kingdom of heaven is at this hospital.
“I want you to start getting bold like those nurses and doctors who had work to do but took a minute and said, ‘Before I do the work, I want to establish who is really King in this place.'”
