The new trailer for Overcomer—by the same people who made War Room, Facing the Giants and Fireproof—premiered this week. The movie centers on Coach John Harrison (played by Alex Kendrick), who becomes the reluctant coach of the high school cross-country team and starts an unlikely friendship with a young student. Priscilla Shirer also stars as the high school’s principal. The movie challenges believers to put their identity in Christ and ask themselves, “What do you allow to define you?”
