The Incredible True Story of the Thief Who Stole the Gutenberg Bible

A burglar once managed to successfully steal the Gutenberg Bible, only to get caught at the last possible moment. In 1969, Vido Aras was found unconscious just feet from the Harvard’s Widener Library. In his bag were the two copies of the Gutenberg Bible. How’d he steal the Bibles only to end up in this predicament? The Museum of the Bible explains in this short video.
