Shawn Bolz says that if you reject your God-given assignment, the enemy will send a Jezebel or Herodias’ daughter to occupy that place and “kill the anointing.” Bolz defines what exactly he means by this, saying these spirits or figures are “someone who has an influence in a wrong way over the people that God wants in a right way, and it’s because we won’t stand up.” Bolz exhorts the body of Christ to stand up and step into their anointing—or face the consequences—in this short teaching.
