Many of us are waiting on God to answer our deepest prayer. We’ve been fasting, praying and waiting. But as time goes on and our pillows continue to soak up the pain of unanswered prayers, we often become stuck in the waiting room.
If you’ve ever been in a waiting room, you know the boredom and anxiety that often take place. Many men and women refuse to enjoy the here and now because they believe their life hasn’t really started until the promise comes to pass.
Waiting to be married before enjoying the here and now. Waiting for a better job so we can feel like we matter. Living in an apartment that doesn’t look like home.
How do we pass time in the waiting room? Netflix or social media. Maybe entertaining unhealthy relationships that, in the long run, cause more damage than good.
