Many individuals—and even members of church congregations—wonder why they do not grow spiritually. Pastor Shane Idleman says the answer is simple.
“God often delays growth until a foundation is established,” Idleman says. “God has to work on certain things in our character before we can do the work he has called us to do. God will use things to build your foundation, so don’t get frustrated until that happens.”
