The great evangelist Reinhard Bonnke had just finished preaching at a church in Germany and was fellowshipping with everyone, when he heard a young woman sobbing. He approached her and asked what was wrong and if there was anything that he could do to help.
The young lady said, “Pastor, everything that you preached, I believe. However, I live with my boyfriend, and he would never accept me if I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.”
Bonnke said he pleaded with her to receive Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, but she refused.
The next day, while having breakfast at the house where he was staying, the owner rushed in and cried, “Guess who died last night in a car accident?”

Enter the Ark of Salvation
Now is the time to get into the ark of Jesus Christ. In Genesis 6, God the Creator regretted that He had created man on the earth. He was sorely grieved because the wickedness of man ran rampant. Every imagination and intention of all human thinking was evil. The Nephilim were also in the earth at that time.
God gave man 120 years to respond to His salvation before He brought judgment by flood. However, in the face of His judgment, He provided humankind a way of escape and safety through Noah’s ark. God commanded Noah, a righteous man, to build an ark of safety and refuge, giving him specific directions on how to build it.
While Noah was building the ark, he preached to the people around him. He warned them of the coming judgment by flood. He told them the only place of safety would be in the ark. He warned them to turn from their wicked ways and turn to God and be saved.
When Noah completed the ark, God sent the animals and birds in pairs to Noah, and they entered the ark. Only Noah, his three sons and their wives chose to believe God’s warning and enter this ark of salvation. They were the only ones who believed that God was going to bring judgment to that generation by flooding the earth. God then shut the door and shut them in. No one could enter the ark, and no one could exit the ark. When God shut the door, it was too late for the others to board.
Today, there is an ark of salvation traveling through the earth. That ark is Jesus Christ. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Jesus is the only ark of safety and refuge in the earth today.
