Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. —James 1:2-4, NAS
As you mature in Christ, there are some things you need to accept, even though you may not understand them.
When everything in you cries, “No, Lord, no,” and you say, “How could God want me to go through this?”-.-.-.-that is the time for you to bow your knee and declare, “Yes, Lord, yes.” God will allow you to walk through the fire to prove that the power to deliver you is of Him and not of yourself.
He is the God who brought you in; He is the God who will bring you out. Let no thought of defeat enter your mind, but rather, “Let this mind which was in Christ be in you also” (Philippians 2:5).
When you pass through deep waters, raging storms, and terrible trials, He will see you through. Jesus delivers you from every crisis and puts your feet on solid ground—the rock of His Word.
fixed on You in all my crises. Amen.
