Hello, welcome to this special edition of Shields Up. Normally we send something out in writing, but in light of the very, very serious condition in the world, I felt that I needed to just talk to you, especially I’m talking to the intercessors of the world. Those who have read my book Possessing the Gates of the Enemy, if you have not read it in a while, I’ll encourage you, please read it again, because this is a time for war.
A friend of mine recently attended a large gathering of Christian leaders. When I mentioned how powerful it would be if they added times of prayer, fasting and worship to the schedule, he responded, “That would be a game-changer. But many still have the ‘business-as-usual’ mentality.”
This is not only true at Christian events, but in our homes as well.
One Thing Is Needed
What’s it going to take to draw us back to the heart of God? One word—desperation.
Every year in early spring, Jewish people all around the world gather together to celebrate the miraculous victory of the Jewish people over the evil Haman. Without a doubt, the story of Esther is one of the most exciting narratives in the Bible.
But, should the book of Esther even be in the Bible? Now, before you click away angrily and reject what is said, please consider reading the whole article.
To begin, let me say that over the years many people have questioned if the book of Esther should be included in the canon of the Bible. One reason for questioning the inclusion is that Esther is the only book in the Bible that doesn’t include G-D in the text. Other modern discussions relate to the fact that the book of Esther was not found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. However, neither of those is the reason I am saying the book of Esther should never have been included in the Bible.
Chuck Pierce Prophesies: The Church Will Overcome No Matter What
Based on what the Lord told me in 1986, what He has said in His Word and what he revealed to me for my 2020 Charisma House book The Passover Prophecies, I know that this is an era of war and tremendous conflict.
But I also know, no matter what Russia does, we will overcome. No matter how China dominates, we will overcome. And no matter what happens to the United States of America, we will overcome.
We are the church of the living and active God. We will overcome.
I heard the Lord say, “These are the days of recovery. Yes, these are the days of refreshing. These are the days I am turning back the clock on your life and restoring what was lost. These are the days of taking back the ground that fell out from underneath your feet. These are the days of going back to go forward—the cutting away to unveil the new.”
To Those Stuck in the In-Between
“For many have been stuck in the in-between, after the last chapter, but not quite able to enter the new because their hearts are still feeling flat and their minds fractured, I am resurrecting them right now. I am visiting them like the early days, when My presence would come in the early hours and cause their spirit to burn with delight…back when they felt the joy and infinite possibilities, and hadn’t yet tasted the pain of betrayal, the arrows of slander and the disappointment of contended promises.” {eoa}
