Pastor Louie Giglio says God is speaking to us through this COVID-19 pandemic, and He’ll heal us if we humble ourselves, pray and repent.
“Not minimizing at all the magnitude of the situation we’re in, but we need something else,” Giglio says. “In fact, we may need something more than anything else, and that is spiritual awakening in the world. … All of us are convinced that we are in unprecedented times, but I believe that in these times God is speaking, and I believe that in these times and through these times, God desires to extend mercy to every single person on planet Earth. …
“[God says,] ‘If My people, the ones who are called by My name, will do these four things: If they will humble themselves, if they will pray, if they will seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sin and I will heal their land.’ … God wants to bring a healing—not just to you, not just to your family, not just in your world, but God wants to bring a healing in the nations.”
