Most often, obeying God’s Word is contrary to how society lives. Tolerance has become the high moral ground instead of truth. We are told to accept everyone’s beliefs, no matter how morally depraved, and we dare not offend anyone. God has provided us with a moral standard to protect us not to restrict us.
