John Bevere believes that lack of faithfulness is keeping many Christians from experiencing God’s full power. He compares today’s church to an unfaithful spouse: “If I’m jumping in bed with other girls, she’s not gonna be intimate with me. … That’s not happening. I may technically be married, but I’ve just lost intimacy.” He says the same thing is happening in the church today because leaders have shied away from teaching the fullness of God’s Word and faithfully obeying the Lord.
