Dutch Sheets says the church has long minimized the roles of apostles and prophets, but that was a mistake. He says it’s impossible to fulfill Matthew 28, Jesus’ Great Commission, without apostles and prophets. That’s because, Sheets says, “While we were getting people saved, unbelievers were discipling the nation.
