A second time they summoned the man who had been blind. “Give glory to God,” they said. “We know this man is a sinner.” He replied, “Whether he is a sinner or not, I don’t know. One thing I do know. I was blind but now I see!” —John 9:24-25

As the bride of Christ, we desire to impact others, to feel significant, and to exhilarate others with good news of the gospel. For example, when one of the blind men was healed at Jesus’s meeting, imagine his joy in telling his blind friends about the meeting the following day. How exhilarating to bring that news to them! Imagine the joy as he informs his friends that another healing meeting is scheduled for the following evening. The ability to make an impact on others is something that was given to us by God.

{ PRAYER STARTER }

Father, let my life impact others because of the wonderful transformation You have brought to me. May I never lose my joy or enthusiasm in telling others of Your miraculous grace.

When we do not have an impact on anybody, our
spiritual lives lose their joy and freshness.
