The Billy Graham Rapid Response Team (RRT) of chaplains and volunteers have been helping the victims caught in and displaced by the wildfires ravaging California. One victim said, “Nobody had a chance to get away from it. It was so fast. People died in a matter of minutes.” Lots of people need help and dedicated ministry right now.
