The white flag of surrender does not always convey failure. Our heavenly Father eagerly waits for the day when we surrender our hearts and minds to His cleansing and direction.

HEART ISSUE: Does the thought of surrendering to God and His work in you bring peace or fear? What may be inhibiting you from allowing God to do His work in you?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, thank You for Your persistence in changing my heart. Please lead me into a deeper surrender to Your ways and Your will. Amen.

God is faithful to His promises even when we are unfaithful. We need Jesus’ cleansing blood to set our hearts free. Only when we surrender to Him can our unbelief be changed to faith.
