Unrealistic expectations about your workplace will bring tremendous disappointment. Nevertheless, the love of God will find you and bring you back to a place of peace, if you surrender your will to His.

HEART ISSUE: Ask the Lord to reveal to you any negative attitudes (your own or those of others) that may be hurting your performance on your job or in your ministry.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father God, in the name of Jesus, thank You for using me in the workplace as Your beacon of light—spreading Your love and encouragement. I thank You for Your favor in my life, empowering me in my work and in what you are calling me to do. Amen.
(Part 2)
Relational issues with people at work will put you to the test. See the most difficult individuals as people who need your prayers. Pray for them daily, and soon you’ll be seeing them as God sees them. This will change your heart toward them.

HEART ISSUE: If you are struggling to relate to someone in your workplace, reflect on a past relationship that God turned from a trial to a blessing. Thank Him for doing it again.
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, I bring you the individuals around me with whom I have difficulty getting along. Please visit them and show them Your love. Take care of any harsh circumstances they may be dealing with, and allow me to help, rather than hinder Your work in their lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
