‘Give Him the Glory’: Ohio State Football Players Ignite Revival

The college football season got underway last weekend, and players at The Ohio State University have shown that God is moving on campus in an incredible way.

These young warriors of God put together a massive faith event on Sunday, Aug. 25, and received thousands of those hungry for the presence of God. Multiple local churches from the Columbus area were involved in getting the event off the ground and the Holy Spirit showed up in a powerful way.

As reported by The Lantern, “Senior running back TreVeyon Henderson, senior defensive end J.T. Tuimoloau, graduate wide receiver Emeka Egbuka, former Buckeyes wide receiver Kamryn Babb and more Ohio State football players helped lead the ceremony.”

Hundreds of Police, SWAT Teams Raid ‘Kingdom of Jesus Christ’ Group

Hundreds of police officers backed by riot squads raided a vast religious compound in a southern Philippine city Saturday in search of a local preacher accused of sexual abuse and human trafficking, police officials said.

A supporter of the group, called Kingdom of Jesus Christ, reportedly died due to a heart attack during the massive police raid that started at dawn in the group’s compound in Davao city, livestreamed online by a local TV network owned by the group, police said, adding that the death was not related to the police operations.

Officers brought equipment that could detect people behind cement walls. But by mid-afternoon, they found no sign of Apollo Quiboloy in the compound — some 30 hectares (75 acres) that includes a cathedral, a school, a living area, a hangar and a taxiway leading to Davao International Airport.

The Enigma of Barron Trump: Did 19th-Century Novels Foretell America’s Future?

Written in the late 1800s by the largely unknown lawyer and author Ingersoll Lockwood, these obscure novels have recently captured the public imagination with their eerie parallels to modern events and the family of former President Donald J. Trump. YouTube and TikTok videos about these books, and Donald Trump’s son Barron Trump, have garnered millions of views.

The series consists of three novels: “Travels and Adventures of Little Baron Trump and His Wonderful Dog Bulger,” “Baron Trump’s Marvelous Underground Journey” and “1900: or, The Last President.”

The novels were released amid the growing popularity of “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” in 1865 by Lewis Carroll, a mathematics don at Oxford.
