James 5 and the Exposure of Fraud: A Prophetic Warning Unfolding in Real Time
Grace points out that James 5:1–6 opens with a sobering warning to the wealthy and powerful who have gained through corruption, fraud and exploitation. The passage speaks of withheld wages crying out for justice, of riches rotting in the last days, and of judgment coming upon those who have “fattened their hearts in a day of slaughter.” Notably, Grace highlights that five plus one plus six equals 12—a biblical number often associated with government and rule—suggesting a prophetic lens through which to view current events unfolding at the highest levels of leadership.
According to this interpretation, what we are witnessing now in Minnesota is not random exposure, but a fulfillment of Scripture colliding with modern governance.
A Massive Fraud Investigation Comes to Light
As Grace shared, Fox News recently reported that Homeland Security investigators are conducting what they call a “massive investigation” into rampant childcare and welfare fraud in Minnesota. The investigation follows a viral video by independent journalist Nick Shirley, viewed more than 114 million times, allegedly showing daycare centers that received millions in state funds—despite having no children inside.
One such facility, the “Quality Learning Center,” raised eyebrows not only for the lack of activity but for a misspelled sign reading “Learing Center.” Federal investigators are now examining multiple facilities amid allegations that millions—and potentially billions—of taxpayer dollars were fraudulently obtained.
Federal prosecutors have already confirmed that dozens of individuals have been convicted in related schemes, with estimates suggesting more than $1 billion may have been stolen across multiple plots.

A Dream of the “Mad Hatter”
Grace then recounted a dream from August 22, 2024 which she released publicly on Sept. 6, 2024. In the dream, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz appeared dressed as the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, a character forever trapped at six o’clock during an endless “unbirthday” party.
“The Mad Hatter was forever stuck at six o’clock in the movie… always on an unbirthday,” she noted. She also explained how the Mad Hatter “is often interpreted as a symbol of rebellion.”
Prophetic Words About Minnesota and Governors
After this disturbing dream, Grace shared other prophetic words that featured warnings regarding the leadership of Minnesota. In the first prophetic word from Oct. 29, 2024, she proclaimed:
“Your leaders, your government, your governors… your candidate with a corruptible Waltz… dancing around issues to avoid the truth.”
A later word dated Feb. 13, 2025 declared:
“Minnesota is about to be turned over along with Michigan, says the Lord.”
Another word given to Grace described what was coming:
“This is the great excavation… a reverse excavation… and now from the deep shall be pulled the crimes of both red and blue.”
On July 18, 2025, Grace noted:
“Minnesota shall have a changing of the guard in such scandal. There will be no way for leadership to continue, says the Lord.”
A Domino Effect Moving Into 2026
The exposure, Grace says, will not stop with Minnesota. Michigan, Illinois and other neighboring states are named as next in a domino effect, as federal investigations expand and interconnected networks are revealed.
Referencing Numbers 32:23—“be sure your sin will find you out”—her message frames the current moment as a national reckoning. With the FBI now on the ground and investigations accelerating, Grace believes the nation is entering what she is prophetically describing as a “January of justice,” marked by shock, media upheaval, resignations and a dramatic reordering of influence.
“Watch as this unfolds and shock begins in January, says the Lord,” Grace prophesied. “A January of justice, says the Lord shall lead to a ferocious February, setting up for a roar in March.”
