Police Charge ‘Demoniac’ With Terrorism for Threatening to Kill Pastor

Police arrested a man after he threatened a pastor.

Police arrested and charged a man with felony terrorism after he threatened to kill an Iowa pastor, according to several reports.

The incidents began on June 11 when 25-year-old David Flores-Marroquin began chanting outside the church and began to cut himself.

On Sunday, June 12, he walked into Community Bible Chapel in Sioux City and began threatening Pastor Tranquilino Estrada-Ramirez with a realistic-looking BB gun.

Police arrested Flores-Marroquin and charged him with felony terrorism and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.

Pastors are frequently threatened, attacked and even killed around the world.

Villagers in China stormed a church gathering last month, injuring the local pastor as they ripped Bibles and hymnals to shreds.

Earlier this month in Pakistan, a local leader attacked a congregation with vitriol and tortured the pastor when he tried to intervene.

“God (forbid), if a Christian would have committed such (a) sacrilegious act, he would have (been) incriminated of charges as relentless as blasphemy and others,” protesters reportedly said
