Did a prophetic dream give insight into the coming “golden dome?”
In a prophetic vision dating back to 2022, a woman named Sharleta Bassett claimed to see a massive golden dome—reminiscent of Israel’s Iron Dome—being constructed over the United States.
Now, Trey Smith from God in a Nutshell Project is sharing Bassett’s deeply spiritual dream, and how it may connect to America’s spiritual rebirth.
“I looked to my left and my husband Tom was asleep in bed,” Bassett recalled. “When I looked back to the right, I was on a huge construction site.” She said the Holy Spirit was behind her, showing her the building of an “iron dome… the same as the one in Israel, but much larger.”

According to the vision, this dome was linked to urgent geopolitical events. She wrote letters in early 2022 describing conversations involving President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu. “President Trump had spoken to Benjamin Netanyahu and he would be striking Iran very soon with missiles to take out the nuclear power,” she read aloud from one such letter. “The USA will be the target after this happens.”
Her vision included imagery of America returning to its foundational roots. “It will be in the old way—the days of old, like the original foundation of the proclamation, the law of God’s land and swearing in President Trump.” She heard the cry of a white eagle “high in the sky… surrounded by this fortification of protection for the USA.”
The vision intensified with a sense of urgency and divine orchestration. “The men began working faster now,” she described. “The noise was an echo of steel that almost sounded like a large church bell clanging in victory.”
As the dream ended, she sensed spiritual warfare and divine victory on the horizon. “Joy will come when the usurper is removed and all who meant to destroy the USA… will be stopped.”
The Holy Spirit reportedly told her, “Nothing is what it seems. What’s going on behind closed doors are prayers being answered. Strongholds being torn down. Victory is near.”

The imagery of the golden dome signifies a prophetic symbol: protection, divine government and preparation for conflict—spiritually and politically. The golden dome speaks of a coming shift—one that fuses spiritual awakening with national destiny.
