Have you ever stopped to think about how you respond to things or maybe how you think about certain situations? I have been doing some self-reflection. I decided to allow the Father to finish the good work He has started.
I knew I had been blocking my blessings, but I just couldn’t understand how. I thought it might have been something I did in the past or something I was doing right now. I had begun to believe it had to be an outer, fleshy thing; but the fact is, it was something deeper.
This thing was beyond my reach, so I had to surrender it to God. I couldn’t see it until layers were removed by God Himself. I was so blind to it. I had spent years protecting it.
Fighting against the process was a daily thing for me. I didn’t know what it was or how to fix it. The Father finally revealed to me I was protecting myself. Fear of hurt, of rejection, of never being understood, of being different caused me to be on guard always.
Even though I thought I was delivered, healed and walking in freedom, I was not. I had suppressed all of these feelings from my past. I didn’t have time to deal with anything; I had to keep moving.
I later found out that in life, God has a way of getting you on that operating table. What a work He has done! I can see clearly. I think differently. I feel refreshed and free.
He will provide what you need to go where He is taking you. You must be willing to not lean to your own understanding but acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (see Prov. 3:5-6).
You will need love, power and a sound mind to accomplish what He has predestined for you. You cannot go on with rejection vision, hurt vision or people pleasing vision, for the devil awaits such prey.
God has not only predestined you with purpose, but your healing provides you with His protection. Your confidence in Him will provide you with His shield as you go forth.
You are not alone, so loneliness will not overtake you. The Father’s angels are all around you. You are now in the new. Walk boldly in it. You have won this battle, so move forward with confidence. God is in control, and He has you in His hands. {eoa}
