Ultimately, they say it comes down to recognizing what you love. Once you do that, you’ll be able to see where the devil will target you and try to use against you.
Philip puts it this way. An article he read a while ago, “had a picture of somebody sitting there. And it had a theater screen in their mind. And the title of the article is ‘What’s Going on in the Theater of Your Mind?'”
He thought, Oh wow. I’ve never heard it put that way before.
And he says, “But that’s why our mind is like; it’s like a screen. What are you looking at? You know, what are you feeding yourself? And then what what’s going on in your mind?”
When this becomes the principle for how you take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor. 10:5), you are brought into better alignment with God’s will for your life.
