Ministry leaders say that interest in Jesus among Israeli Jews is reaching levels unseen in modern history, even as the nation faces one of its darkest chapters. “This has been the hardest time for Israelis and Jews worldwide since the Holocaust. And we have seen a tremendous, tremendous uprise in the number of people that contact us, the number of people that write to us that want to know more about the Lord, the number of people that come to a saving knowledge of Yeshua, of Jesus,” said Joel Rosenberg on a recent episode of The Rosenberg Report.

Dr. Arez Sorov, president of One for Israel, noted that testimony videos in Hebrew alone have drawn staggering interest. “Israel is a country of 9 million people, and the viewership is in the hundreds of millions in Hebrew only,” he said, adding that English versions have reached nearly 450 million views. He called the surge in curiosity “the most dramatic moment in Jewish evangelism in 2,000 years.”

Sorov shared his personal story as well, recalling that he grew up in a secular Jewish home and discovered Jesus while traveling abroad. “I really like Jesus. I mean, what did you expect when you open up the New Testament? That’s a great book,” he said. Despite skepticism from his family, Sorov emphasized that Israelis are increasingly open to hearing about Yeshua. “The best way to bless Israel is with Jesus,” he said.
