Parents have long suspected dangers lurking on popular online platforms, but a recent controversy surrounding Roblox has taken the issue to another level. A young whistleblower, who goes by RealSchlep on social media, has been working tirelessly to expose predators within the gaming community—only to face retaliation from the billion-dollar company itself.
“I have just gotten a legal complaint from Roblox,” the young man said in video posted to X and shared by Kap Chatfield. “They have sent a cease and desist letter to me and they’ve gone ahead and banned every account I own. And you might be wondering, what heinous crime did you commit to possibly deserve that? Well, what I did was get predators arrested on their platform. Actually, six of them.”

The young man says his work has led directly to arrests of adults attempting to lure minors. Some of the cases, he explains, are so disturbing they cannot even be discussed publicly. Yet instead of supporting him, Roblox allegedly cracked down on his efforts. “Roblox has taken a more firm action against me…than the predators,” he said.
The dangers, he argues, are widespread and often hidden in plain sight. One Roblox game, Public Bathroom Simulator, has more than seven million visits. “If I was a parent and I saw that, I would be outraged,” Michael stated. “And parents aren’t aware of this. It is so sad.”
But the corporate pushback raises deeper questions. Why would Roblox punish a whistleblower rather than predators? The answer, according to Chatfield, is not merely corporate negligence—it’s spiritual.
“What we’re seeing happen right now is actually the manifestation of spiritual warfare,” Chatfield explained. “This is a demonic antichrist strategy that is being deployed, and it’s not just happening in this video game. It’s happening everywhere.”

Quoting Jesus’ words from Matthew 24, he reminded believers that lawlessness and deception will increase before Christ’s return. “Because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold,” Jesus warned. And few things reflect that lawlessness more than targeting the most vulnerable. “Whoever would harm a little one,” Jesus declared, “it would be better for a millstone to be tied around their neck and for them to be thrown into the sea.”
Parents are now speaking out, with some even removing Roblox entirely from their children’s devices despite parental controls. A petition calling for the removal of the Roblox CEO has already surpassed 100,000 signatures.

“This is evidence of the devil’s hand in the culture right now,” Chatfield emphasized. “When society begins to normalize the exploitation of children, there is no greater wickedness.”
Still, he expressed hope, pointing to courageous young people who are standing up for truth. “I am very encouraged by young men like this. Where are the men? Where are the grown men standing up and advocating for stuff like this?”
As the battle rages both in the natural and spiritual realms, Christians are being called to vigilance. Parents are urged to watch what their children access online, pray over their homes and recognize the times. The good news? Even in the midst of darkness, God is raising up voices to shine His light.
