Renewed is Sheri Jones-Moffett’s first solo album, but she is certainly not a new kid on the gospel music block. She started her gospel journey 12 years ago as part of Donald Lawrence Tri-City Singers before teaming with Ted Winn for the duo act, Ted & Sheri, which released two albums: The Healing Starts There and Celebrate.
With her new release, a very personal one, her fans will get to know her even better. “Everything you hear is my life,” Jones-Moffett explains on her Web site. “These are the things I needed to say, and I had to say them on my own. … I wanted to deal with issues pertinent to me.”
