“…[I] had a vivid dream this weekend and Charlie came to me and he told me that he was betrayed. And so for me, you don’t have to believe that, but I do believe that. It was the immediate sense I got actually, and I don’t know who exactly it is that betrayed him, but I also felt in the dream that it is soon going to be revealed,” Owens said.
“It’s actually inevitable that it is going to be revealed, that there is no one and nothing that is going to stop the truth from coming out and it is going to have international consequences,” she continued.
Owens referred back to a dream she had in 2023 where her producer told her that she was 26 weeks pregnant, and it turned out that the woman did end up getting pregnant shortly after. To Owens, her dream with Kirk in it was similar to this one.
While dreams can often serve as a means through which God speaks—bringing warning, revelation or encouragement—Scripture also cautions believers to test every spirit (1 John 4:1). Not every dream originates from heaven, and discernment is crucial when interpreting what we see in the night. Satan is known to masquerade as an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14), seeking to twist truth and sow confusion, even through experiences that feel deeply spiritual or convincing.

For this reason, believers are called to seek wisdom and measure every dream and spiritual encounter against the Word of God. Whether a dream feels prophetic, emotional or mysterious, it must always align with the character and truth of Scripture. Godly discernment helps separate revelation from deception, ensuring that our faith rests not on feelings or experiences but on the firm foundation of His Word.
