These are discouraging times for those who don’t have a heavenly perspective. We need encouragement because, in the words of the late man of God Charles Simpson, “Encouragement is to the soul what oxygen is to the body.”

The Bible says, “But encourage one another daily as long as it is called ‘Today,’ so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness” (Heb. 3:13, NIV). But notice: It says “daily,” not weekly or monthly.
