Order your thinking, your feelings, and your ideas according to God’s Word, for you are a child of God and precious in His eyes. If you see yourself as the expression of the love of God, there are things you will not do and places you will not go. Say to yourself right now, I am a child of the King. I am royalty. I have a place at His table.
We do not serve God to gain His acceptance. We serve not out of duty but out of devotion. We are accepted, so we serve God. We do not follow Him in order to be loved. We are loved, so we follow Him.
Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me and giving me a
place of honor at Your table. I will serve You out of
gratitude because You have accepted me into your
eternal kingdom. Amen.
