U.S. Sgt. Major Eric Moyer and his Special Ops team are assigned to track down El-Sayyed, a wealthy Egyptian terrorist believed to have ties to a sudden increase in female suicide bombers. In pursuit, the group discovers that a Mexican drug lord is plotting to kill the U.S. and Mexican presidents. Moyer and his team now have to stop two madmen on two continents.
