Feldman, known for roles in The Goonies, Gremlins and Stand by Me, has long exposed the dark underbelly of Hollywood, including widespread abuse he and his late friend Corey Haim endured as children. His 2013 memoir Coreyography detailed molestation by powerful industry figures. Feldman shared that addiction and family dysfunction—such as his mother’s substance abuse and encouragement from his father—pulled him into despair before his faith ultimately grounded him.
