Throughout the years, I’ve published many great books on health, partly as a result of my own quest to be healthy and stay healthy. Even when I recently mentored a group of businessmen, I included a session on health. I told them the two most important things you can do is to drink enough water and get enough sleep.
Often it’s the simple things that, if learned, can have the greatest long-term effect on our health.
