Recently, the Lord spoke to me and said, “Tell people that their dehydration season is over.”
I don’t know about you, but I have been dehydrated several times in my life. Whether I was playing sports, working on my father’s farm or other situations, I know what it is like to be dehydrated.
Being dehydrated is one of the worst feelings. If you are dehydrated and you drink an entire glass of water, you will still feel dehydrated. Dehydration is something that takes a while to recover from.
Many feel dehydrated spiritually. You may be going to church one or twice a week, but you still feel dehydrated. You may even be attending some corporate prayer meetings or revival services and yet still feel dehydrated. This is because you are experiencing a season of dehydration.
But, the word of the Lord today is that your dehydration season is over!
Some may not feel dehydrated spiritually but maybe your purpose seems dehydrated. Maybe you’ve been in a dry season when it come to your purpose. However, I am telling you my friends, this dehydrated season is coming to an end! Keep standing and declaring the promises and dreams God has given you about your purpose and destiny. The dry season will not last forever.
Jeremiah 33:3 says, “Call to me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things which you do not know.” You may feel like the dreams and purpose God has shown you in your future are so far away, but God is not far from you. Seasons of dehydration can make us weary and discouraged. However, if we will cry out to God, He will answer us. Even in dry seasons, God is faithful to show us what He has for us on the other side. He will get you through this.
God is living water. When we drink of Him, we never thirst again. I feel strongly that in this season God is coming to encounter His people and end their season of dehydration. Spend some extra time in prayer and the Word and watch what God will do! Your dehydration season is coming to an end! {eoa}
