All who enter that home become intimately aware they have stepped out of a world of darkness and entered a sanctuary of God's presence.
A pastor recently counseled a couple who didn't think sleeping around was bad since they always repented after the act. Is the couple right?
Why would anyone actually choose to accept deception over truth? It makes no sense, or does it?
What I had not expected from this group of Christian believers was opposition to steadfastly holding Scripture as the final word of authority.
Our congregations are filled with worshippers on Sunday who were entertaining themselves, just the night before, with movies containing nudity, F-bombs, and extreme violence; social drinking; and maybe even fornication.
Every parent who looks back finds their mistakes magnified. No matter how old or young our children are, we look back and wish we'd have done something differently.
Being born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit, memorizing Scripture, praying every day and being in church every Sunday do not guarantee a life free from pain.
Why are so many church leaders accepting this confusion?
The last days will be marked by a level of extreme deception the apostle Paul calls strong delusion.
