A prophetic word delivered years ago is drawing renewed attention as the United States and Iran reach a tenuous pause in hostilities.
As the world watches the fragile ceasefire between the United States and Iran, the words of the late Kim Clement now carry a fresh urgency.
Is this a turning point, or merely the calm before a greater storm?
“Because of the disruption of political powers, the disruption of a force that is held strong in Iran…” Clement stated, “And God says, ‘I will spite the devil…and instead of blowing up and destroying, as many wish, Iran, I will raise up hundreds of thousands of Christians amongst the young people.'”
Those words carry particular weight today. Iranian youth have been at the forefront of protest movements, and we see a surge of underground church networks and conversions to Christianity that have been quietly documented for years.

“In the schools, in the colleges, in the mosques. Young men and women, I will raise from within,” he continued, “For God says, ‘Why would I do it any other way?'”
Iran has become known as one of the fastest-growing Christian populations on earth, fueled not by foreign missionaries but by dreams, visions and organic community — precisely the kind of sovereign inside-out movement Clement seemed to be describing.
PLEASE FORWARD THIS POST TO ALL IRANIAN CHRISTIANS! @PahlaviReza @gghamari @MahyarTousi @realDonaldTrump

Dad prophesied this about Iran the same year he first prophesied about President Trump. Watch what my Dad prophesied and then look at the news link below the video. 👇🏼 https://t.co/DuEeJh8lTL pic.twitter.com/3TCydombnD
“God says, ‘Do not fear, Iran. Do not fear what they are trying to do for China; oddly enough, will stand [on] firm ground. And God said, ‘America shall say, ‘We never dreamed that China would stand for a season in this crisis.’ For God said, but quickly and swiftly shall it be placed under your feet.'”
Whether this ceasefire holds or collapses under the weight of mutual distrust remains to be seen. But for those who have tracked Clement’s prophetic record, the alignment of these words with current events is difficult to dismiss.
Now, time will tell whether this current conflict is the one he prophesied in 2007.
