As we prepare to cross into 2026, a prophetic message by Alwyn Uys is stirring deep resonance that something significant is about to change.
“I believe that the Lord has been speaking to some people… and this is going to be a huge confirmation for them for what you’ve been feeling the past few months, even years,” he said. According to the message, God has been quietly preparing hearts, laying the foundations for what is about to emerge in the body of Christ.
Only recently did Uys begin publicly sharing the word, explaining that it has long been “an undertone in a lot of my messages.”
Now, as 2025 comes to a close, he believes the timing is right. “In the next week or so, we’re going to step over into 2026,” he said, adding, “I believe that this is going to start coming into fruition… this is going to be birthed in 2026.”

He described seeing a vision of “the globe and…pockets of fires being ignited all over the globe,” symbolizing those God has been awakening and preparing. “He’s going to use you as a catalyst in certain areas and ministries and churches to bring about a culture shift all for His glory,” Uys said.
At the heart of his message is what he calls the remnant rising. He was quick to clarify, “This isn’t a message about elitism,” but rather about God using faithful believers to help redirect the Church. “God wants to get His body to shift the momentum,” he said.
Describing the moment as a spiritual “swing vote,” he explained that many believers are “tired of playing church the way that it used to be,” tired of “being in a box” and “doing things according to the status quo.” That frustration, he believes, is purposeful. “This growing frustration inside of you is about to give birth to what God wants to do in the years to come.”
Many in the remnant, he acknowledged, have felt misunderstood or overlooked. “You might have felt like an outcast… like people aren’t listening to you,” he said. Yet he emphasized that God is not calling them away from the Church. “God does not want you to be separate of the Church… God wants you in the Church because God loves His Church.”
The coming move, he said, will be marked by unity and balance—specifically, a joining of Spirit and truth. “This is where the Spirit meets the truth of the gospel,” he declared. “For a long time, it’s been either spirit or either truth… but now we will see the joining taking place.”
Quoting Psalm 4:3, he reminded listeners, “Know that the Lord has set apart His faithful servant for Himself.” He believes God has heard the cries of the faithful. “They’ve been calling out, and the Lord has heard their cry for a change to take place.”
Ultimately, it’s not about one person or platform. It’s about what God wants to do within His body of believers. “We don’t need another celebrity pastor… another conference, another event,” Uys said. “We need a culture shift, a kingdom culture shift.”
As 2026 approaches, the call is clear: the remnant is rising—not to divide the church, but to help usher in a Spirit-led, truth-grounded move of God for His glory alone.
