Elon Musk is now worth $500 billion, and is the first person to ever reach this incredible milestone, according to Reuters. Besides reaching this incredible net worth accomplishment, are we also seeing Musk shift toward the Christian faith?

Recently, Musk has been quite active when it comes to engaging with Christian values. After the Pope criticized Musk for having the potential to become a trillionaire, Musk reposted on X about the wealth of the Vatican equating to almost $2 trillion. He then captioned it with Matthew 7:3-5, “Why do you see the speck in your neighbor’s eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye?“
Beyond this, Musk also shared Erika Kirk’s simple post “Go to church.” Now, Musk is also encouraging parents to cut the cord on Netflix after they have been openly promoting a pro-transgender cartoon on their platform. Musk shared the original post from the Libs of TikTok writing, “This is not ok.” He also shared another post writing, “Cancel Netflix for the health of your children.”
As we see more people coming to faith, especially since the assassination of Charlie Kirk, one could wonder if perhaps Musk has also been impacted enough to wake up to the culture around us and the evil that has been allowed to prevail.

While we can’t know exactly what is happening in Musk’s heart and mind, these signs of engagement with Christian values are worth noticing. As believers, the best response is to pray for him—that he would come to know Jesus personally and embrace the truth of the Gospel.
