In a Facebook reel by “Pastor Jason Answers,” he notes that this is “Turning point…revival is happening. We’ve been praying for one last revival before [the] Antichrist and darkness reigns. This is the turning point.”
In the middle of darkness, we’ve seen thousands of youth decide to follow Jesus over the summer at Indiana Wesleyan University, students at Liberty University lift up the name of Jesus in praise and worship to start of the 2025-2026 school year and Oklahoma and Ohio State students brought to their knees by the presence of the Lord.
Recently, we’ve even see over a 1,000 people decide to give their lives to Christ at FaithFest 2025 in Wilkesboro, NC, and earlier in the year, we saw revival hit at campuses like West Virginia University and the University of Kentucky. Now, following the assassination of Charlie Kirk, people are flooding churches in unprecedented numbers.
So, what could this all mean?
It means that even in the midst of grief, uncertainty, and shaking, God is weaving together a story far greater than what we can see with our natural eyes. Scripture reminds us that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. What we are witnessing right now is not simply an emotional response to tragedy, but a move of the Spirit of God awakening hearts, stirring repentance and drawing multitudes into the kingdom.
