A photo of a winged creature has gone viral, sparking debate about whether it’s a demon stalking earth or a doctored image meant to incite fear.
Facebook user Richard Christianson allegedly posted the first photo, but the post has since been deleted.
The picture appears to be of a creature straight out of the Bible, perhaps Ezekiel or Revelation.
“A picture posted on Facebook by a guy named Richard Christianson has gone viral. It appears to show a large, dark figure with giant wings and spikes on its head. Some say it’s a demon. Others say it’s an angel. Maybe it’s a couple of palm trees. What do YOU think?” DC101 posted to Facebook.
The photo was allegedly taken in Arizona. Theories abound on whether it’s a hoax or a photoshopped image or something else.
