It’s a shocking statistic! More than 80 and up to 90% of children who grow up in church are leaving the church once they reach 18. Sadly, only 40% return, according to Focus on the Family.
I believe, with prayer, we can defy those statistics. Indeed, God is trying to wake up the world—and I believe He is also going to wake up a massive number of prodigals in this season.
But, again, we need to pray.
Never underestimate the power of your prayers. It got saved because of the power of a praying great-grandmother and a praying grandmother.
Isaiah 55:11 (AMP) says, “So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
God is in the business of saving people. He sent His only begotten Son into the world to seek and save those who are lost.
