If the enemy had his way, the Jewish people would have been long gone thousands of years ago, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn says.
“If the enemy could have wiped out the Jewish people, there’d be no people for Jesus to come back to,” he told pastor Jim Bakker in a recent interview.
But God has His hand on the Jews, and nothing can destroy them, despite the enemy’s best efforts.
“The enemy knows that, that explains thousands of years of the dragon going crazy to wipe out these people. That explains anti-Semitism, that explains the Holocaust, that explains Hitler, that explains all of it.
“Many times, God has used war and the prophetic Jubilee to remind His people of His promises,” Cahn says.
The Lord promised the Israelites their land in Joshua 21:43.
But the state of Israel wasn’t proclaimed until 1948, an effect Cahn attributes to the World Wars.
