Have you ever felt the weight of the world on your shoulders? Or maybe there is way too much going on around you that is out of your control?
Life has many ups and downs. Far too many twist and turns. Way too many bumps and bruises. But God promised He will be with us always (Heb. 13:5). He promised He will never leave us nor forsake us. His Word states He will make our burdens light (Matt. 11:30). There are several other outlets that claim to take the cares of the world away but there is nothing better than the blood of Jesus.
There are vices that can help ease the pain of it all, but nothing can take it completely away better than the blood of Jesus. Father says to seek Him first and His righteousness and all things will be added to you (Matt. 6:33). Peace will be added to you. Joy, rest, comfort, provision and so much more will be added to you.
The cares of the world are not for you to bear. Give them to Jesus. Surrender them to the Lord. Cast your cares on Him (Ps. 55:22). It is He Who will give you rest (Matt. 11:28). With your faith, there is no need for you to feel overwhelmed. The battle is not yours; it belongs to the Lord (2 Chron. 20:15).
