How Oprah’s ‘Wrinkle in Time’ Falls Short of Its Christian Source Material

The book A Wrinkle in Time was heavily influenced by author Madeleine L’Engle’s Christian faith. But the movie adaptation, starring Oprah Winfrey and Chris Pine, falls short of its source material. Plugged In says the film is a New-Age mish-mash of ideas without structure, leaving out all the best parts of the book. Are there any redemptive elements left for Christian families?
