But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him. For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. —2 Corinthians 2:14-15
When we see God in another person, whether in their actions, words, or quiet spirits, a pure freshness touches our hearts. Every time the Spirit of God enables us to break a bondage or to triumph over an addiction or weakness and come into victory, that conquest releases in us more of the fragrance of our glorious Father.

Lord, I see Your presence in some of the beautiful Christians that enter my life. That’s what I want to be evident in my life, too, dear Lord. I want Your love to radiate from my life to the lives of those who pass through—or stay in—my life.
Ministry at its most basic definition is the
manifestation of the knowledge
of God through our lives.
