Child Protective Services in Houston have removed a child from parental custody because he is not developing normally.
The Giwa family has three children, two are twins, and the male twin is developing abnormally compared to his sister.
So much so that CPS took the child away from his family—but never gave specifics as to why parents were losing custody.
