Liberty Counsel joins Media Research Center and other leading pro-life organizations to chastise the networks for ignoring the 2015 March for Life.
The network media snubbed hundreds of thousands of participants who journeyed to Washington, D.C., to mark the 42nd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion. NBC and ABC completely ignored the March, and CBS dedicated 15 seconds. In recent days, bashing police officers and deflating footballs have garnered media coverage, but when hundreds of thousands of people peacefully stand up for the most vulnerable in our society, mainstream television coverage was invisible.
Mat Staver responds, “The intentional refusal to report on hundreds of thousands of people—dominated by youth—standing for life in our nation’s Capital is irresponsible. While the media turned a blind eye, the tidal wave of life will one day wash away the bloodshed of our children.”
