God gave me an out-of-body experience and showed me hell in a vision. As I was traveling up a dark tunnel out of hell, I could see countless numbers of people who had died on the earth falling down this whirlwind tunnel into hell. The Lord allowed me to feel just a small piece of His heart toward the unsaved. I couldn’t bear it. The anguish He feels for so many people going to hell was overwhelming. He died for every one of these people so they would not have to go there. I looked at them with such sorrow and felt such urgency in my heart to warn people of this horrible place—a place of eternal torment that most are headed for. I truly felt in my heart that we do not have much time left before the Lord returns.
We as Christians need to know and feel the urgency to warn others of hell. If they don’t repent of their sins and receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior, they will not avoid this terrifying place of torment. Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5:11a (NKJV), “Knowing, therefore, the terror of the Lord, we persuade men.” Paul was conveying to us that since he understood the judgment to come on all unbelievers, he had an increased desire to persuade men of the way of salvation. We should possess this same desire.
Colossians 3:6b says, “the wrath of God is coming on the children of disobedience.” Knowing this should motivate Christians to pray more fervent prayers for the unsaved. We can pray for their heart to be open to the gospel, for the Lord to send laborers to them to warn them of hell and to give them dreams and visions help keep back their soul from the pit (Job 33).
Even though my experience happened 24 years ago, I believe we are within the time frame where Jesus has delayed His coming (Matt. 25:5). I also believe His delay is about to expire. Some people say, “We have heard for years that He is coming any day, but it’s just not true.” Read what 2 Peter 3:3-4 says. “Knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.’” This verse says that scoffers will come in the last days. These people will downplay the return of Jesus, causing many to be unprepared when He comes.

With every day that passes, it is increasingly obvious how corrupt our world truly is. Revelation 13:16 tells us that no one will be able to buy or sell without the mark of the beast in their forehead or hand. That capability already exists as some countries are testing and offering a chip in the hand even now. We also see the rise of a digital currency on the horizon. This will provide unprecedented surveillance, and a means of control over the population. We also witnessed the overreaching pressure and threats from leaders to mandate vaccines.
So much is already in place for the last day’s deception. When Jesus’ disciples asked Him, “What will be the signs of your coming, and of the end of the world?” The first thing Jesus said to them was, “Take heed that no man deceive you” (see Luke 21:6-8). Today is very much like the time of the flood of Noah, where God said in Genesis 6:5, “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Jesus outlined the things that would take place at the end in Matthew 24 and Luke 21, and those things are happening right now.
During my vision of hell, the last thing Jesus said to me was, “Tell them I am coming, very, very soon.“ He repeated Himself, saying again, “Tell them I am coming, very, very soon.”
Let’s continue to watch and expect the Lord’s return, and live lives that are pleasing to God. We have the opportunity to be a godly influence in the life of every person we meet. The things I witnessed and felt, and His final words to me, have forever impacted my life. I will never forget what He said and the urgency I felt to warn others.
