Why Worship Is a Lifestyle, Not a Moment

Stellar award-winning Isabel Davis is truly a worshipper at heart. She has sung the likes of “Bless The Lord,” “The Call,” “Jesus We Love You” and so many more. Her love for God purely comes out through her music. “Jesus We Love” is in constant rotation on all Gospel and Christian syndicated radio stations throughout the United States.

Isabel says she had struggled with anxiety for many, many years, and worship is what helped her get through. In certain seasons, she says, the enemy would try to keep her stuck in anxiety. She would simply declare “Jesus we love You,” and it helped her get through it. In this episode of Keys Against the Enemy on the Charisma Podcast Network, she also discusses how God received her worship and freed her from anxiety instantly.

Isabel said, “I felt the presence of God in the midst of COVID-19.” Creating the same atmosphere in her own home has been a really good experience with her children. Due to quarantine requirements because of COVID, Isabel has been able to do at home what she would normally be doing at a church service or a gospel concert, and it has been amazing. Isabel says her children have been able to follow in her footsteps concerning worship.

I love what Isabel says in our interview: “You cannot be a powerful worshipper in public if you cannot be one in private.” This season has been very important for her in making God a priority in her life in every way. Listen to this powerful interview in its entirety on my podcast, The Keys Against The Enemy on CPN. {eoa}
